This project in Milford,Letterkenny, Co Donegal is due to commence at the end of 2008. It will take three years to complete, at a cost of €11 million.

PJD Construction is now about to launch into a landmark retail and commercial development in Milford that will change the commercial landscape of the Milford Electoral Area. This development is due to commence at the end of 2008 and is sitting in a prime location on the new by-pass at the entrance to Milford town. The location secures the highest volume of passing traffic in the area,ideally situated to service all traffic traveling from Letterkenny to the peninsula. This development has a large variety of shop units and office space on offer.

Combine this with over 300 car parking spaces and Q North Retail and Business Park becomes a modern, convenient alternative to the cramped, congested centres of our local towns. There are a number of high profile retail chains looking at this development which will be good news for the people of Milford, Co Donegal.

PJ explains his rationale for developing this particular site. “This site has been developed following extensive research of the population and the local services and needs in the North West region of Donegal. We found that there are 17,500 people forced to commute long distances to get to a retail business park. Q North Retail and Business Park is a unique commercial development with a modern-thinking design focused directly on the needs of the customer.
